Pork with Apples in an Apple Cider Sauce and Steamed Green Beans – Seared pork chops with sautéed apples and an apple brandy sauce with green beans
Steak with Red Wine and Cranberries and Roasted Sweet Potatoes – Steak slow cooked in red wine with dried cranberries and oven roasted sweet potatoes
Smoked Sausage and White Bean Cassoulet – Smoked sausage, spinach, apple, and white beans baked with a bread topping
Goulash Casserole – Hungarian style ground beef with tomato sauce and egg pasta baked with a sprinkling of cheese on top
Chicken with Yogurt and Quinoa Pilaf with Zucchini and Yellow Squash – Chicken broiled with yogurt sauce and quinoa with sautéed pine nuts, zucchini and yellow squash
