  • Breaded Hal­ibut with Assorted Grilled Veg­eta­bles – Breaded and baked hal­ibut sea­soned with lemon and grilled red pep­pers, aspara­gus, zuc­chini, yel­low squash, toma­toes, and scallions
  • Turkey Meat­loaf with Egg­plant Rata­touille – Ground turkey and beef with scal­lions, red pep­pers, and glazed with BBQ sauce with a veg­etable mix made of egg­plant, zuc­chini, yel­low squash, and tomatoes
  • Steak with a Shal­lot Mer­lot Sauce and Peas with Mint – Steak with a syrupy red wine sauce served with minted peas
  • Monte Cristo Chicken and Broc­coli – Chicken breast with Herbs de Provence, gar­lic, shal­lots, lemon and white wine served with lemon infused broccoli
  • Roasted Chicken with Cau­li­flower, Broc­coli, and Car­rots – Lemon fla­vored roasted chicken with roasted car­rots, broc­coli and cauliflower
