Menu Planning:

Whether for a party or meals for your family, you and I will work together to plan a menu that fits your needs and lifestyle. The menu is tailored especially for you. I will note likes, dislikes, allergies, and special diets.

On the Cook Day:

I will grocery shop for the ingredients and arrive at your house bringing my own equipment. Please have your kitchen ready to go for me as it will make my day more efficient. If I should need to use any of your kitchen equipment it will be cleaned and put away. All meals will be cooled and refrigerated or frozen with clear instructions for reheating. An invoice will be left for the next cook day.

Grocery Deposit:

The grocery deposit will allow me to have sufficient funds to buy the food needed. The amount will be an approximate based upon the amount of people and time frame I will be cooking for. If I have spent under the amount of the grocery deposit, I will refund you on the cook day. If I have spent over the amount of the deposit, you may refund me on the cook day or it will be added to the next invoice.

Payment For Meal Service:

I require payment in advance for all cook days. This allows me to buy supplies needed and have extra for groceries if necessary. You may pay with cash, check or credit card checks issued by your credit card company. I need five days in order for checks to process at the banks.

Schedule Changes:

Please give me a three day notice for all changes to the cook day schedule. For parties, please give me a one week notice of changes. If arrangements have not been made your money will not be refunded in full. Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you have approved of the menu for your cook day and all likes and dislikes are properly noted, I guarantee that you will love my cooking. If for any reason, I have made a mistake and not followed your food profile, you will be refunded for unsatisfactory food. No refunds will be made for properly prepared food if the menu is followed correctly and likes and dislikes have been taken into account.

Payment For Parties:

Pricing for parties is an estimate based on the time that I will be working, groceries, supplies, and hiring extra help if needed. Pricing will be adjusted for large parties or corporate parties. I may require a deposit in order to purchase groceries and supplies. Payment will be recalculated after the event is over.
