  • Pork with Apples in an Apple Cider Sauce and Steamed Green Beans – Seared pork chops with sautéed apples and an apple brandy sauce with green beans
  • Steak with Red Wine and Cran­ber­ries and Roasted Sweet Pota­toes – Steak slow cooked in red wine with dried cran­ber­ries and oven roasted sweet potatoes
  • Smoked Sausage and White Bean Cas­soulet – Smoked sausage, spinach, apple, and white beans baked with a bread topping
  • Goulash Casse­role – Hun­gar­ian style ground beef with tomato sauce and egg pasta baked with a sprin­kling of cheese on top
  • Chicken with Yogurt and Quinoa Pilaf with Zuc­chini and Yel­low Squash – Chicken broiled with yogurt sauce and quinoa with sautéed pine nuts, zuc­chini and yel­low squash
